Uploading pictures...

What if you want to write AND publish pictures huh?. Why can't I do that mr stupidblog interface not working properly?
.
I got a lot to learn out here in the blogosphere. Be patient with me kiddies. The air is thin.
.
I've got a few piccies from hanging around the set last year, mostly fooling around with the crew. I'll try to put them up here when I get a chance.
.
Now what button do I push?....

Hi. Welcome to the snakepit.

I haven't bothered to figure out what the hell they've done to Blogger yet so I just use straight HTML in my posts. It works. *shrug*

Blogging success is all about updating regularly. The internet is an infinitely massive, unbelievably powerful communications system that allows millions of people across the globe to all post pictures of their cats simultaneously. Take advantage of that power, and get in the habit of baring your soul to the vast electronic void at least once a day. You could raise one hell of an Unholy Estrogen Shocktroop Brigade if you play your cards right, and then you can command us all from the safety and comfort of your secret underground base.

Also, I gave you permission to use that drawing when I first posted it. ;)

If I knew how to use Blooger I'd help you, but last time I used it, it was ages ago... so... uhm... sorry... :S

But don't worry about it too much, just keep posting stuff ;) We'll forgive you for posting pics separately ;) :P

Hey, you did it! Good for you, David!

Just living life is time consuming enough. To take time out to narrate it... Well, let's just say I only have a blogger account so I could post on Kate Hewlett's blog. Now I can post on yours, too!

Thanks for taking the time to share a bit of your life with us.

I'm afraid I don't know about image uploading in blogger...I have an account here, but I don't use it much lol!

ehm...I'd just HTML to post images. So if you know HTML just upload them to your server or photobucket.com :)

Hope that helps!

We have a saying in software testing - push them all until it breaks.

Have fun!

Welcome to Blogger. You'll catch on quickly re: techie stuff.

Oh I'll catch on quickly enough. I bet.

It's just that you guys have all the little dancing monkey corner pictures all figured out. When I get that good, it's time to write a book...

Blogspot is on crack. It's the only explanation without going on a long philosophical tangent.

Uh oh, three posts already. Careful now, you do not want to get hooked. It can be addictive.
Thanks for the pictures already posted. We're looking forward to seeing more.
I wondered about the zippers too. They make a nice fashion statement. ;)

LOL as if Spubba or any of us wouldn't love to make icons for you upon request...

Oh my goodness, as if I don't have stacks of Dr Z icons at your disposal *grin* Spubba, obviously being the master of "little dancing monkey pictures of coolness", I bet amongst the group of us we can have you swimming about in far more icons than you'll ever need.

lol... beaut. 'Little dancing monkey corner picture.' That's going on an icon.

Hey, don't feel bad. Some of us (that would be, um, me) use things like LiveJournal because we can't figure this Blogger stuff out either.....

Wow, another update! You're doing better than I am of late. Like Spubba said, I just use HTML to post pictures on mine. It's not hard to get the hang of.

Also, today's words of wisdom from the Jay: Keep the industrial strength crazy glue away from your fingers. Also? From the tablecloth. D'oh. On the upside, I can now frighten people with my raggedy Freddy Krueger fingers.

There's a reason you needed to know that, but I forget now. Looking forward to behind the scenes piccas, that's always fun!

Hooray! Thrilled to see you joining the blogging fun. I had a grand time reading the Con reports from Spubba and others - seems like I missed quite a bit of fun. I will have to remedy that this coming year!

And - yeah - what everyone else said. HTML is the easiest way to go.

Spubba, I've commented elsewhere, but I have to say again, I just love that icon. It makes me giggle every time.

Thanks for posting pictures! How did you know all your loyal readers (I love the early days of a blog when you can say that with complete confidence because you you've read all three posts) would like pictures as well as updates?

*grin*

Yea, I have issues with making all those silly little things work (like html half the time)... it's why I use live journal. *sheepish grin*

My theory? Push every button till you find the right one. Sure some weird things may happen, but its interesting and you'll get it right sooner or later! :P

And kudos to you, I *still* don't know how to post a picture and i've been here for about 5 months, and i'm still lost here. the only place I know how to do anything is livejournal, and that's cause i've been there for about 5-6 years now!. *blinks* Man its been a while. But yeah. :) Yay again! :D

It's exciting and fun to see you here; as you probably can tell, you've got a lot of fans out here who really enjoy what you do. Looking forward to hearing tidbits and getting the heads up on upcoming projects; we have to know when to tune in and set the vcrs and dvrs!

Re: blogging: I'm mostly familiar with Live Journal and they have an extensive FAQ section. I've learned a few tricks and tend to use those, but mostly I learn 'em one at a time and try not to stress out over not knowing all the cool tricks.

Welcome to the net. Keep arms and legs inside the vehicle at all times, and enjoy the ride.

To the absolute delight of this Stargate fan (and Hewlett squirrel)it is nice to find your blog!

Looks like you are finding the way around the maze easily. You know, just shout a question if you can't figure something out. One of us can help you.

I'm sitting here talking about helping and I have not even updated my blog in ages! Tooooo much WORK. Snowbirds....lots of snowbirds.

Well, keep us updated. We love pictures and news! :)

Look forward to seeing the pics when you get a chance to post em. I am not into keeping a blog, wouldn't have the time to keep one up so it is so much fun reading and seeing what you and everyone else have to share!

Push a button? You have to push a button to make it work? So thats what the problem is....goes off mumbling to oneself.

This is just really great that you are taking the time to reach out to your fans!
